Every year an enormous school of sardines makes its home in the vicinity of the Moalboal reefs. A huge school has already been living around the island of Pescador for more then a year. Once again, an impressive scene for divers to witness on every dive. This constantly moving ball of fish is rattled now and then by tuna or other hunters.
In May we had a fotographers course done by the famous Dutch fotographer Karin Brussaard. So we had many pictures to choose from and the frogfish of Ronald was our choice. No specific reason, cause all the other pictures where great. Have a look here
For the region of the Philippines Magic Island received the Project AWARE Conservation Award 2010!
On Monday, 14 December, over 700 school children took part in Project Nemo.
